Definitions
The information herein relates to “singularityis.com”, “liveenrol.com”, “liveenroll.com” and all subdomains therein.
“Singularity” means Singularity Information Services Pty. Ltd. ABN 36 130 695 484 “singularityis.com” (Website) provides information on the products and services provided by Singularity and allows providers, agents and other individuals to register for access to Singularity’s services.
“LiveEnrol.com” and “LiveEnroll.com” and all subdomains (Portal) is a functionality of the Website which provides access to data related to education services and education-related products and services (Products) and provides functions such as the ability to express interest in enrolling in a course and the purchase of Products.
Background
The Portal has been set up to provide registered users to provide a more manageable access point to search, enquire and procure the Products. Singularity does not have any control over the Products as it only provides access facility through the Portal.
Disclaimer
The Website and Portal are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. Singularity expressly disclaims any representations and warranties, including without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Singularity makes no warranty that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or virus-free. Singularity shall have absolutely no liability in connection with or access to the Products, the Website or the Portal including without limitation, any liability for damage to your computer hardware, data, information, software, materials, business, enrolment status, academic progress, visa status and residency status resulting from the Website and Portal or the lack of information.

3. Any decision made or action taken or not taken in reliance upon the Website or Portal or any information on the Website or Portal;
4. Any loss or injury caused from withdrawing access or use of the Website or Portal.

The foregoing will apply whether such claims, loss or damages arise in tort, contract, negligence, under statute or otherwise.
Warranty
You warrant that you have the authority to access and use the Products and hold all requisite access codes to the Website and the Portal. Singularity is not in any way responsible for ensuring your entitlement or authority to use the Products nor for ensuring any licensing requirements. It is your responsibility to immediately notify Singularity of any unauthorised use of any access codes or accounts or any other known or suspected breach of security or privacy laws or regulations. You hereby indemnify Singularity from and against any claim for damages arising from your use or access of the Website, Portal and/or Products.
